Trying to apply patch from 96094 to 96191 get error See link for two errors.
Received an error message about checksum on Kuid2 45324 91157 2.tzarc.
See first message in link below. I ran a database rebuild just in case.
Ran patch again. received another checksum corrupted message not all text readable.

This sounds like you had two problems and solved one of them.

The database repair fixed the faulty asset, but now you've got a connection problem with your ISP that is corrupting your patch installer, or something else is corrupting the installation process.

During the patching process, I recommend running the patch installer outside of TRS2019. Using Windows Explorer (file explorer these days), go to the folder where TRS2019 is installed. It's usually located in C:\Program Files\N3V Games\Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 with your anitivirus disabled to ensure that the A/V program isn't stomping on the executable.

With TRS2019 closed, run the patch installer program by double-clicking on it. The program will bring up the choose source, and patch version just the same, except it's running outside of the Launcher.

What this will do is isolate one part of the issue, and hopefully solve your problem, otherwise, you may have a network issue and look in that direction including plugging your computer directly into your router if you are using a wireless connection.

Thanks for your help John . . . . I disabled the Virus System . . . BitDefender . . . . ran the patch installer from the library exe as suggested . . . . .which progressed same as . . . . . then crashed with same corrupted error message. I am not connected via wireless, but directly to the modem. Any other suggestions?
Also I have now recorded a bug report . . . and await a response from them.
Thanks

This sounds like something might be on N3V's server end or your ISP that's causing the download to become corrupted.

The only solution for this, that I can think of, is to use a manual download but I couldn't find one. I would contact the helpdesk with this because I don't know what to do at this point.

Thanks John for your efforts, I have sent a bug report so before I contact the help desk I will give then some time to respond.
