TRS19 and industry which not working properly.

I have already noticed, several times, in TRS19 PE the industry when it is empty, no longer replenishes.
At first I thought it was the content. Then I reinstalled TRS19 PE. But the "problem" still exists. And it doesn't matter what I use for industries.

If I start a U.S. Map and put a coal train with 40 wagons on it, where each wagon can load 120000.
Then i set the industrie a lot higher (rate 2147483647 / Start Amount 1357500, every 30 seconds)...
The problem now, however, is that after everything is 0, the industrie produces nothing more.

And of the 40 wagons, only 11 are loaded. Even if I wait 30 minutes, the industry produces nothing more.

It doesn't matter which industrie you use. Whether it's Built-In or from the DLS, the phenomenon occurs in all variants.
In T:ane I already had the problem after the SP4, but it only occurred when there were several different products.

In T:ane it was the case that 2 products were to be delivered and e.g. 4, which were stifled from the 2 products.
But that doesn't work anymore. And this in several industries from different manufacturers. And it also occurs with different users.

However, since the problem still exists in TRS19 PE with equally different industries, I do not know if the error lies with me or with Trainz.

Do other users have this same phenomenon?

Not seeing this problem with properly configured coal loading assets in TRS19, TRS19 Platinum or T:ANE.
Setting such a high production RATE can result in a Full inventory at a <kuid:-25:1234> 'Coal Mine Basic' and cause later non-production, so avoid this.
Please specify exactly which interactive industry assets you're using so we can determine whether or not the asset is compromised for some reason.
i.e. KUID and Name, such as, for example: <kuid:-25:1234> Coal Mine Basic - OR - <kuid2:60723:100068:1> NSW Coal Loader - OR - <kuid2:453099:101488:1> Mine Tipple - Summerlee
That way we can provide more specific suggestions on configuration options.
Another suggestion for loading very large coal trains is to configure <kuid:-25:1224> Multiple_Industry_New to load coal to your wagons on a track to which you have added your own Coal Mine Tipple buildings/ scenery items somewhere on your route.

So I tried it with the "kuid:-25:1234> "Coal Mine Basic" and with the "kuid:-25:416> "Coal Mine" as well as with the "kuid2:453099:101488:1> "Mine Tipple - Summerlee"... but everywhere I had the same problem.
Even though I set everything as the default. The industries produce nothing after they are empty.

But I'm going to try the "kuid:-25:1224> "Multiple_Industry_New".

I just set up a very long coal train and kuid:-25:1234> "Coal Mine Basic" to load on track one. If you stop and start the loading process manually, you can load the entire train if you have a product refresh rate of (say) 100,000 per 30 seconds, but you need to set the timings so that you do not run out - nor exceed the total loading capacity (1,375,000) at any time. AI trains run too fast through the loader so they will exhaust the supply very quickly...

No such problems with loading bulk grain or coal at
"kuid:-25:1224> "Multiple_Industry_New" however, as the commodity amount limits are larger.

I found that I could keep the coal replenishment rate up to cope with the loading process if the production rate was set to 120,000 and loading speed limited to 1 to 2MPH. Make sure it doesn't run out of Diesel Oil however, as the mine will cease production!

Another thing to consider "though I remember this issue with a lumber industry when I first started Trainz" is trying ProtoLars Industrail V3. I'm not sure why 4.1 removed some of their functionality (possibly something to do with TANE only) but in 2019 V3 works as expected. What I like about this is there are plenty of settings for replenish rate, removal rate, load & unload rates. It probably won't work that well for a coal mine to be honest now that I think of it because if you are running through anything connected to the industry track treats it as part of the industry I believe.

But for other industries such as lumber yards, box car industries, etc. This works really well. If your running out of products I've had some good results in modifying the config for my operations. There may be other versions on the DLS as well (haven't looked into it that much). I'm in another thread here talking about my recent changes and earlier this week I did a tutorial on it on YouTube.

Thanks

Sean
