No date set as yet but I can tell you that Q4 starts in a month, and it won't be at the beginning of Q4

In terms of downloading it in bits and pieces, at release the same "core" product as Early Access will be available via the initial download, and then the remaining builtin routes will be available for in-game download. This keeps the initial download to a managable 7.5GB and then allows people to only download the items that they want to download.

After reading your answer I think that downloading the 'Early Access' version as it stands now would not be as problematic as I thought it might be. In fact it may be even better for me to get on with it and download it straight away, then download whatever I choose to download later.
