Trainz 19 keeps crashing during the driver session.

I can run the engines sure but some times if i go a little to fast or i accidently hit the buffers the whole game shuts down, i dont know what to do.

My specs
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz
Installed RAM: 8.00 GB (7.87 GB usable)

if there is any other specs you need me to tell you just ask, also if anyone knows what to do please help.

Shader Quality: standerd
Texture detail: Normal
Post processing: low
Water quality: High
Detail scenery: Clutter + TurfFX
Antialiasing: 4x
Use PhysX simulation: unchecked
Process objects behind camera: unchecked
