Tried of battling with Multi-Industries

Hi Guys and Gals

How are you supposed to load up intermodal cars? I tried ProtoLars and I tried going into CMP and change the initial load amount and still no loads. The only way is to manually load up the cars in surveyor and that is so boring and it takes forever. Any ideas?

Try using the instant load (random products) command from Jointed Rail, not sure if it will work in 2006 though. There is an instant load command which should work with 2006, dls.
Using proto lars you have to specify the vehicle/wagon and which load/loads it will take.
Or in surveyor make your consist up , load it and save the consist.

If you have the more than one vehicle/wagon of the same type in your consist, an icon with an arrow will appear above the product queue when you click on the wagon with ?

When you click on this icon it will set the queue for all the other wagons in the consist to be the same as the wagon selected. So this way you only need to load one wagon queue of each type. Hope that makes sense?

Hi xero

There is also an illustrated tutorial about configuring interactive industries and freight cars. Download here (you might have to wait a few moments for a free download slot - RapidShare is very busy after the demise of other sharing sites):

https://www.rapidshare.com/files/438627468/LARS_ProtoLARS_MIN_Tutorial.pdf

You might also like to download and dissect the session shown here:

http://forums.auran.com/trainz/showthread.php?t=77594

To see how it's configured, go into Session/Edit and click on the "?" in the Rollingstock/Buildings flyouts, then click on the freightcars/industries.

This is also shown in a video here (best viewed in High Definition and full screen):

Tell us if it helps.
