Trainzforge C&S Content fix?

Hi all,
I wanted to ask if there was a fix for this problem I have on Trainzforge's C&S locos.
The problem is that all the locos have no whistle nor bell sound despite there still being the whistle and bell animation. When I look at their whistle, an error pops up saying that it can't find the asset. I could easily fix it myself, but I want to retain all the original parts of them because they are so good.

The whistle sound is thus:
Crosby 3 chime,<kuid2:527940:100082:3>
It should be on the DLS.

P.S. Do they work in T:ANE?

New problem has arisen since importing them to t:ane. The USRA cab they use is showing as missing dependencies. When the deps are listed, it shows one KUID2: <KUID2:96914:990479:3>, which is the USRA cab shell.
How could I fix this problem?
