TRAINZ2006 routes addons 1-4 in TRAINZ 2009?

Are all of the additional layouts sold by Auran for T2006 in the Trainz 2009 World Builder package?

No but they are on the DLS. Buying the route disks saves you the trouble of collecting all the assets.

What I am trying to decide is to pay the $19.00 to buy the 4 packs togther for my Trainz 2006 or to put the money to Trainz2009. Since I can get all of the content into Trainz 2009, the money seems better spent in that direction.

Maybe. However, note that the system requirements for 2006 are significantly less than 2009.
