Trainz Store Issues!!!

Hi Tony --

We have a problem --

I purchase all 3 classic series, and when I went into my account, and plug in credit card info I got a message that said Fraud -- the order then was cancel!

I then use paypal, and the same thing happened ... fraud, and the order was automatically cancel

However, when I checked my digital downloads it shows that I order all 3 versions twice --

First, I don't get it -- does this say that the order went through?

Secondly, I don't need same 3 versions twice!

***Please that I use same credit card always and paypal, so I am find it strangly that it said fraud -- No credit card / paypal issue here!!


Please fix this issue!

Please submit a support ticket at support.trainzportal.com including images of the message. It is possible that you are using a proxy web server which increases the fraud risk rating. Or IP address being some distance from the issuing bank etc. We will need to know more details so that we can identify the errors and resolve the over charges.

Hi Tony --

submit the ticket, but the only image I can provide is proof of purchase -- See, my wife got this from her work pc, not from home PC as we usual do! At least now I know that orders still go through somehow even when your system send such messages!
