No mate, only you. There is no correlation between a file date stamp and the date the screenshot was taken.

Okay, now that is not correct. The date modified would be a local time stamp when it was downloaded. The computer he is using may be set to that date, but when you download a file, the date modified is the current date on that computer.

Either way that leave three scenarios

1) The screenshot is from 2014
2) The file is from 2014, and has not been replaced with a newer version
3) User has their computer set to the wrong date

Given the past forum posts from this user, those two options are the most likely.
