Trainz Service patch 3 ??

Why does it take so long for it to patch becasue when i started patching it kept going until it got half way it just sorta stopped and it just idled there and its only in the middle......why does it do that, is there and anything wrong with it because it have not moved anywhere yet besides that bar is just staying there idling, someone tell me WWHy??

I takes a VERY long time for a patch - sometimes several hours. It's doing a lot of work compared to patches for some other games. Amd yes, it would be nice if there was a warning saying so.

Whatever you do, don't stop it - an incomplete patch usually seems to require a re-install...

Be careful. I learned the hard way that even after the patch says it's done, it may not be done. Let it sit a good long time before you get out of the patching mode and try to fire up the program.
