Trainz route does not show up

Hi, I have downloaded a route form a third party site. I downloaded the route and all the dependencies from content manager. I also submited the edits. The route does appear in grey and does not show up on the routes menu. What I'm doing wrong?

Its possible the route was made in a newer version of Trainz than the version it was installed into.

Say you have TRS19 SP4 installed and the route was made in TRS19 SP5 or TRS22. You installed the route and its dependencies as normal but as you saw, its greyed out. This is due to not being compatable with an older version and hence requires you to upgrade to either the next update or a new version of Trainz.
