Is it just the one route are are others also "grey"?

What is the route you are referring to?

It has been a few years since I used TRS19 but I suspect that this means that the route will not work in your version of TRS19 - for example you are attempting to load a route designed for TRS19 SP4 (or above), TRS22 or Trainz Plus into TRS19 SP3. But until you can identify the route it will be impossible to say.

What is the build number of the route? You can show this by adding the build number column to the Content Manager display - right mouse click on a column heading and select the option Insert Column and the sub option Build Version.

TRS19 SP3 has a build version (or number) of 4.8 so anything that has a build number above that will not work in TRS19 SP3. The latest update to TRS19 is SP5 which will run any routes with a build number upto and including 5.0. If the route has a build number of 4.9 or 5.0 then you will need to run the updates to bring TRS19 upto SP5 standards.

its a island of sodor route, and you might be right, becaus when i loaded back up the latest version, but its weird because some assests for the route say "this asset uses an obsolete trainz-build number below 3.5 are no longer supported". which is weird because it fixed it when i used sp3. do you know how to fix that?

i meant when i loaded the latest version it fixed itself, but i still dont know about the other stuff

"this asset uses an obsolete trainz-build number below 3.5 are no longer supported"
Means this asset has a "Trainz-build" number which is less than the current minimum supported build number (3.5). In short, it's an old asset which likely doesn't meet the current standards for content creation, not even for TRS19. Assets with a build number of 3.5 were designed for TS12 (Trainz 2012) - 13 years ago. Lower build numbers are for even earlier versions of Trainz.

I do not know how to fix that problem.

Ignore the build version not supported, as it is only a warning that the 3.5 or lower builds are no longer supported versions of Trainz. It does not mean they don't or wont work in versions above 3.5.

May I ask how you know?
Cuz we were told so. This message is for the content developer and not for users. Warnings can eventually become errors so be warned. But warnings usually don't cause a problem. If there was a red ! then you should worry.
