What difference does this make? They're replacing the original motherboard with a modern mini-ATX motherboard with an Intel Atom chip on it. This is no different than trying to run the program on Linux loaded on a netbook. The Atom processor is way underpowered for a program like this, and Linux isn't supported anyway.
