how about doing it as a pdf and putting up a subscription page...... i've done this for a few people? then you could say pay for 6 issues and download them every month or so........... but its a good idea, or makre it free.......

I like the idea of keeping it free, or at least very cheap (pay for domain & server) a subscription page would work for that. Personally I was thinking along the lines of having people subscribe to an email that would be sent out after every issue that would have highlights from the mag and one could then click on the highlights and it would take them to the download page.

Indeed.

However, I could probably help with some graphics and the cover. One of my major pet peeves is things that look like a website from the year of Windows 95. :hehe:

Now since we got a fine crew of folks. I got a couple Logos coming down the line. and things are starting to roll. I have a couple offers to make.

1st one has to do with the quote above. do we want a website? I'd be willing to build one. We have the option of a freewebs, buying one, or finding a Trainz group willing to donate some space (I might be willing to give up some AGZ space)

2nd has to do with communication between section builders. I'm willing to add a private section to The Trainz Resource forum for the Magazine staff if that sounds like a good idea.

I've offered my services as a proofreader and/or TRS06 Surveyor hint-writer. I may be able to write a monthly or bi-monthly column too, but I have no idea what it could be on--real trains maybe?

@robbiehanson we have a tip column juts no one to do it. And the real train world news would be a good idea too. You could do both of those.

I just thought of exactly what I could do - like a content showcase, or something like that.

Every issue I do an article advertising the newest and most popular stuff up for grabs - freeware and payware (although I'd need most payware artist to contribute their own screens). but still...
