Trainz Helper crashes

It would help us to help you better if you gave a bit more informaion. I can only assume you have trs2004. Which Service Pack do you have installed (which version number)? Is it 2370?
You can find this out by starting Trainz and click the "Launch Trainz", then once you can see
Surveyor
Driver
etc...
Look in the lower right ride for the version number
Is this a fairly new install?
Have you ever been able to download?
Have you installed something new recently which may have caused the problem?
Have you tried reinstalling the TrainsHelper from the DLS?
System specification may help as well.

my ram is 512mb
my internet speed is 8mb broadband

my build is 2370 SP4
and its a new install.
not downloaded anything for Trainz everytime i try Trainz Helper Crashes. not installed nothing new apart from SP4 tried that download Trainz Helper thing but just installs and does the same.

trainz helper never used to crash but it never used to download either it just used to keep saying retrying.
ive tried ftp but keep getting access denied
really want to play that 9f thats on DLS
ill be going off line for an hour or 2 spreading me nans ashes today R.I.P

that all right ,, just make your firewall give cmp acess to teh net
i feel like an idiot now lol
i just disabled me firewall and tried and it works
sorry for wasting everyones time.
