Trainz Eastern Route-The Volunteer Line

Question: Why do alot of people use concrete ties on US railroads ? Very few modern US RR's use concrete ties. Usually it is reserved for Class V trackage on the NEC High Speed Mainline. Very few other railroads use concrete ties, especially in rural areas.

I have no idea really, I am not using concrete ties myself, it is a older tie with some moss on it.

What's the status on this route? I'm new to the Trainz community and am looking for something like the Norfolk Southern Pocahontas Route like they have in MSTS. So far this is the closest one I've seen.

If this route isn't going to be available, does anyone know of a route already in the DLS that resembles modern day Norfolk Southern?
