Trainz Content Troubles

When ever I try to create a new asset it says CCP.exe had stopped working and sometimes when I use Trainz my computer freezes after a few minutes when I exit out of the game and sometimes during the game and I currently use Trainz 2009.

Content Creator Plus is very unstable. Use Edit in Explorer as much as possible.

If you go to File --> Settings, you can set Content Manager to open a new asset in Explorer rather than CCP.

I find it useful to clone an existing asset that is similar to what you want, and modify its config to suit your needs and have your details. that way you're not writing a config from scratch without CCP.
