Trainz classic

Just installed classics 1 and 2. Once I Download a train how do I select it to play? Such as I
found an Amtrak file for sim 2006 and Installed the cnp? File. Now what?? I do see that Amtrak is on the list of installed components.. The extension might be wrong but I did install it.

To implement any item, whether a train (rollingstock) or a building / industry, that has been downloaded, start trainz and go to surveyor. Select the layout you want to add it into and open it. Select the category tab you want (buildings, trains, etc) and scroll through to find the item (locomotive in this case) select it and place it on the map where you want it. Save the session with a new name and either start quick drive or exit out and go into the driver mode and select the new session you just saved.
