I have sent the following notes into N3V with my Settings/Install tab logs as follows:
Issues with chase camera. Chase camera angle moves upward pointing down at train when train exits tunnel and out of range of a lineside camera. This is in a situation whereby lineside mode is active, there is a lineside camera at either portal of a tunnel and the chase camera was previously at a low angle near track level BEFORE the focused train entered a tunnel (underground). This also holds true when there is an Underground Boundary Trigger by boat at either end of the tunnel. If the chase camera angle was set low before the focused train entered the tunnel, it should be low again after the train exits the tunnel and is out of range of any lineside camera since lineside views default to chase views when out of range of any lineside camera. The Underground Boundary Trigger by boat automatically switches camera to in-cab mode from lineside or chase modes. In TANE SP4, the chase camera did in fact keep its original set camera angle intact (a low position in front of the focused train near the track railheads) following the train’s exiting a tunnel with Underground Boundary Triggers in place at either tunnel portal. This failure of the chase camera to keep its set position during a driving session (in and out of tunnels) even with the proper employment of Underground Boundary Triggers makes Train Railroad Simulator Platinum Edition highly unappreciable to me.
