Trainz 2012 Problem

I tried installing TRS12, and it installed, but then it wont work after that. The computer I have is an HP Pavilion P6000 series, or something like that. Can someone help me? D:

You'll need to register your serial number using the Serial Number link at the top of the page. Type carefully, and make sure not to mistake letters e.g. "Z" for "2", etc.

do you see that strip map icon above your message? i dont have that you might notice i don't have that. yet i bought and registered the trainz serial number. can you help me please.?
