Trainz content package simc:538

for a while now on the content store side of trainz i have this pacakge which refuses to install after downloading simc:538. Don't know whats its for but it has been driving me nutts trying to get it installed and messing with my data folders Can anyone help with this?

Thanks now i know what the asset is. Next is to figure out why its not installing properly?

is there any other way to install this item as this is the 15 time i 've tried this

Don't bother, it is full of faulty assets, which is why it doesn't load. They have used their own fixed junctions, which are missing due to faults.

The problem is solved simply, it is enough to update (download from DLS) all the non-working junction.
