trainz 2010 engineers edition CD KEY

I have just bought trainz 2010 engineers edition i installed it but when I got to the configure trainz part it asked me for a CD KEY I entered the number on the back of the manual but it still is says it has failed please help me

Can't do much to help you, make sure you are entering it correctly, "o -vs- 0" and stuff like that. If it really won't let you enter the key, all you can do is mail the Helpdesk. (link above). Good luck.

If Win7 run the setup as Administrator, right click, run this program as administrator.

You must put it in as you see it, like this
ABCD-1234-EFGH-5678-AB12-CD34
No spaces and a dash in between each set. :wave:

If you downloaded the program, you can easily copy the CD-Key from your order history page and paste it into the window.

This saves the trouble of trying to figure out if something is a zero or an 'oh'.

yea im getting the same prob but i have quadruple checked that it is right,
im looking on the back of the manual os that right cos i saw a video but the idiot have a really bad camera and he was recording the screen

ok just put it in wrong ATZR(ATRZ) and it added it WTF then i deleted that one put the correst one in(100%)and not it wont let me do it AARRGG
