Traffic Missing

I downloaded Mojave Subdivision. (which by the way works on Tane) I noticed that I didn't have any traffic on the roads. So I opened environment, went to road traffic, and enabled it so that the traffic would run. But, no traffic. I tried using the AJS traffic invisible and set it on the road, saved the game. Went into driver mode, and still no traffic. Can someone please help me to put traffic on this route. Thanks very much NPR.

Check the Region tag kuid number. If it is set to the default region there may be no traffic included in the region.

To fix it select another region that has traffic included.
