I didn't realize it was so easy to nudge the track out of gauge, unless it wasn't maintained well in that area.

4 years ago, a train carrying toxic chemicals derailed right near where this train derailed too. The entire town had to be evacuated. CSX claims that accident was caused by some sort of faulty car/break in the line. To this day, the 2007 Brooks derailment remains the largest train accident in KY's history. Hmm....
