track/bogie sounds cutting out

I have finally arrived at the point of actually being able to "play" trainz. I am using 12 and noticed that at 49mph rolling stock ceases to produce sound. I was wondering if someone could shed light onto why and how to go about fixing this? This is occurring with JR track and all rolling stock. I have updated the TFX library to no avail. This seems to happen almost all of the time, however the time I noticed the sound not dropping out was with a coal drag of "CSX 100 Ton Hopper <kuid:156765:101256>" if that would indicate anything. The same thing happens to me with the JR cars. It fades out and then it's just the default sounds.
Explanation: There are different types of JR bogeys, the default ones (<kuid2:45324:50203:4>) that your JRPX cars should have and then there's the other ones. The other kinds which come from JR trains such as your CSX coal hopper have JR sounds and track sounds. At high speeds Trainz auto switches to the track sounds and fades out the bogey sounds. However, default JR trucks (kuid2:45324:50203:4>) have an "unknown asset" (<kuid:37581:1221>) as their track sounds so, Trainz, instead of saying "missing deps" it uses the default clickity clack of the wheels at high speeds.
How to fix:

1. Copy this kuid, it is the track sound in the config text <kuid:506034:201802> (if you can't find it visit JR and search Bogey sound or fc usa and choose which ever says <kuid:506034:201802>)
2. Find the default JR bogeys which should be <kuid2:45324:50203:4>
3. Open that for edit
4. Go to the config text for the bogey
5. You should be able to find something like this:
track-sound

bogey <kuid2:45324:50203:4>
track-sound <kuid:37581:1221>
priority 100
}
}
6. Replace <kuid:37581:1221> with kuid <kuid:506034:201802>
7. Submit edits

You should be good after this (and your cars will sound better!)

I dont have an explanation for what you are experiencing but this could never happen and doesn't make sense.

Here's what happened: I searched the <kuid:37581:1221> and what it said was "unknown asset". However, Trainz did not make the bogey faulty or missing dependencies. So far, my conclusion is that built in Trainz content acts weirdly. I have no idea myself and it doesn't exactly make sense how it happened knowing what I know but here's what it looks like:
And yet, the bogey, nor the car, are faulty. Now that I'm thinking about it I'm confused. Not to mention, before I changed the track sounds the bogey was built in with no issues.

Maybe to simplify things the assets in question are the TTX maxi well cars. First off they are using "traincar_fx_library <kuid2:45324:555200:1>" which is obsolete, right? There doesn't seem to be an update and I'm am guessing it's later version is just the "train fx library".
Secondly the bogies they use are version:1 which does not have an obsolete table. Could this be the problem? CEFX 2014 I tried that to no avail, still cutting off at 49mph to no truck/track sound whatsoever.

I got the TTX maxi IV stock to work by changing the bogie to "<kuid2:45324:50204:4>", I am trying it with ""TTX weathered 53 Husky Stack" which is experiencing the same problem, yet it doesn't work. I am comparing configs, and using "CSX 100 ton hopper" as a basis because these work. It is a different bogie of course, but uses the :8 version of the traincar effects library.
