I tried to download tmz06003's class 43 cross country power cars from download station but found a missing kuid was stopping them downloading, the missing kuid was kuid 523:1064, can anybody help. Also the class mk3 coaching stock would not download, it said this asset has a build which is not recognised by this tool, can anybody help on this also. Thank you

What version of trainz are you running? This asset is for Trainz 2010 so if you're using anything lower, it won't work.

Yes, correct- the HST is built into TRS2010 so you need that version to get all of the dependencies.

Some of bogies have the same kuid as earlier versions so you are not just missing one asset, you are missing all the bogies for the entire train.

I am using Trainz 2009 build 40040. Why only make them for 2010, that means alot of people who do not have Trainz 2010 will miss out on these great sets, what a pity.

Why make all that built in content for TC3 that can't be used in any other version before or after??? Same arguement, same reasons....

If you buy TRS2010 you get all these and the best UK route witth 200 miles to run these HSTs on.

I'm preparing the GNER Mallard livery sets with MTU power cars next.

Looking forward to them, tried the XC set earlier from KX to P'boro and it looked great and drove beautifully.

Glad you like the XC, it helps having a suitable fast route to run them on as well!

The Mallard set is nearly ready, just needs packaging and finishing off which I hope to do over the weekend.

After that I need to corner an East Coast set, the phototextured details really help with reskinning these sets, as do the large textures.

You seem to be concentrating on the MTU equipped units, but is there a possibility of a swallow and/or executive liveried valenta 43? I don't think I've seen either livery in trainz before (on a 43 that is, i'm aware there are executive livery Mk2s, 47s, 86s, etc)

Most of my work actually centres on the 1970s and 1980s UK railway scene, the reason that I reskinned the Cross Country livery is that I photographed an HST in this very livery stabled at my local depot a couple of weeks ago. Therefore I was able to get lots of detail photos which work well with the large textures.

Similarly I had enough material for GNER livery, East Coast should be straightforward as well.

The other liveries you mention may follow later, I'll have to dig deep in my archives for these though.
