Ticket now replying

I've waited atleast a week or more and I haven't gotten a reply on the ticket I submitted. Is there any other way to contact them? Since I submitted the ticket around late August and I still haven't gotten a reply. I need to change or cancel one of my items in the Order History and it says it is still pending.

There is often a large backlog, often up to a couple of weeks, it's a small company there is only Zec on the helpdesk, you could raise another ticket, however as I understand it, that cancels the first one and you go to the back of the queue again some sort of automated thing I guess? No other way of contacting other than the Helpdesk or hoping that this post gets read.
