The Utah Belt (Warning: Potential for very large Awesome shots)

Re-baked Gunderson 2420cu. ft. corrugated gondolas..... And the missing grab irons (thanks, Cascade!) found their way back on them too. Here are a pair of new UB skins to get you started:

I'll put them on the DLS in the next few days when I finish updating them.

Looks good, Taylor. Just a simple quick question... is it just me, or does the graffiti look too bright? ...and not just this example. I notice it on a lot of other's rolling stock, too. I am old, and don't really pay much attention to graffiti, so that may be me lacking right there.

a) Not Taylor.

b) Somehow, graffiti ended up in front of the bake instead of under it on this one. It has since been corrected. Oops. But it will still end up brighter, since it is usually fresher paint on a faded, grimy rail car, and the taggers have a pretty wide variety of paint to choose from. The Monster monster is a pretty bright color, and I can't recall ever seeing that pinkish color on the shelf at Lowe's, but the blue is pretty common and the green is just about John Deere green. The Jesus on the other side of the car is from an actual photo of the graffiti with some of the color taken out and the transparency knocked down a bit.

Other pretty bright graffiti:

I love how they "protected" their graffiti by not marking out the car number:

Nice work Mick! If I could, might I suggest maybe a few more trees on the mountains?
Thanks Chris, More trees ya reckon ?, I was actually thinking of getting rid of a heap of them but i need to find a good rock texture to replace them with as it is now it just looks like a hill with trees on it Trainz doesn't show textures at a distance all that well so yeah sumthing i have to work on mate.
Cheers Mick.:)

I know this list is going to be insane, but I think its worth a look. They can all be found on the DLS under the username motorbreath. As for the trees, I would try maybe adding a mix of some taller trees in with the current ones. It really depends upon what your liking is. And what your machine can handle.........

Yeah already have all of Jimmy's Texture's thanks Chris they are not tile-able which helps when doing mountainous area's. Thanks David this is my other project when i'm not into the Aus thing mate lol.
Cheers Mick.:)

I love it too! :)
If I could come up with a suggestion as well... Only little thing looking weird to me is the embankment's rubble texture in the 1st shot of post #50. Rotating it 180 degrees it would look much better, that way the shadows would be underneath the stones instead of above.
