The Trainz Helpdesk is worthless!!!

When you re-installed Trainz & the SP, was your antivirus turned off ... and did you click "YES ... Install" to all questions posed ?

The Trainz desktop icon, is preferences set to: "Run As Administrator".

In your antivirus program, have you have made Program Allowable Exception Rules for Trainz.exe. and CM ?
 
That's TRS2006 for you - that's why I now use TS2009.

From reading another thread, that stage can take upwards of an hour to complete on the first run and up to 20 minutes on subsequent runs.

Well looks like thing with Content Manager Plus are back to normal and I am downloading all my favorite content again, just like I did it the past! This success story normal proves it true the way I titled this thread: Trainz Helpdesk is worthless, the people of this forums are smarter and more competent than the people that run the helpdesk! I just wanted to say thank you to all the people who helped me and contributed tutorials on how to fix my issues with CMP. Currently, I am in the process of making a Nathan K5HLL hornsound for the GEVOs I purchased at World of Trainz!
