About a month ago my trs2004 crashed and now just reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled trainz. Everything went great but content dispatcher won't work. It tells me trainz is not installed. Spending hours trying to fix I eventually reformatted again and reistalled trainz the way recommended on the new member faq ( run as admin etc) and by searching forums, it still won't work. The funny thing is over the past two years after each reformat and fresh install it has always worked. I had xp and now I use Vista, and I have had problems on both platforms which can be overcome eventually but in light of the time I have spent trying to keep 04 up and running over the past 2 years and now this, I think i'll give it up for now. Yes I know i'll be told to get 09 or 06 and maybe i will, but time is short now days and something i can no longer afford. My kids are growing up too quick! It has been great and I have no bad things to say about any aspect of auran or trainz and its community. It has been enjoyable.

BTW Vista OS works great with my TrainzRailwayz 2006
