Does the steam trainz plus have living railroad?

I've been trying to do everything as guided using dispatching the action scenario etc nothing shows up when I wanna use it

Have you turned ON the Dispatch Status setting in the Dispatch Manager window (which can be accessed from both Driver and Surveyor)?

From Surveyor or Driver open the Tools Menu and select Dispatch Manager...

Then Enabled the Dispatch Status setting

You can use the automatic dispatcher with any route that has a commodity source and a destination. Make sure you have the driver's Dispatch Status as Enabled and that the train has at a car that can haul the product. To do this open the driver's details and then change their Dispatch Status to: Assigned to Automatic Scheduler.

I think I have tried this and got somewhere. Does this work with manifests or only block trains?

At the moment, TLR only creates car movements for one type of commodity at one industry. For example, picking up coal at the mine and delivering it to the power plant. If your train has several types of cars, it will only load cars appropriate to the task. The others remain empty until a task is assigned that will use them.

Can you confirm the Build number of which you have installed from Steam

TRS22/TRS22 PE Steam Build: 128388 (No Trainz Plus Subscription)
Trainz Plus (TRS22PE) Steam Build: 129384 (Trainz Plus Subscription)

All Trainz Plus versions have the TLR installed.

No TRS22 versions have the TLR installed.

When you start Trainz, does the launcher display a graphic showing Trainz+ or TRS22 or TRS22PE?
