The forum/helpdesk servers did experience some issues on Sunday (AU EST, just as reference). I generally check the forums, etc, on Saturday and Sunday mornings if I'm around, and when I found them offline (and after confirming with a few other Trainz users), I reported it to the admin at about 11:45am.
Unfortunately, it appears to have been an issue at our server host's end (who are in the US), and as such we had to wait for them to sort the issue out. In this case, it took a little longer than preferred.
However, we do monitor the forum over the weekend, so generally issues are picked up on fairly quick, and hence are fixed within a short time.
However, please understand that we are a relatively small company, and as such, if something does happen, a fix will not be 'instant'. It may take a few hours (or a day or so) to sort out, particularly over the weekend. We do try and do this as quick as possible, however I'm sure most people don't work 24/7![]()

well, whatever the case, thank you for getting them back! serioulsy, i didn't know what to do with my life...I downloaded three huge routes i'll never use to fill the void (you think i'm kidding, i'm not...I have no life:hehe:)
Maybe us Trainz nuts need to start going outside when the sun is shining.
