How to post images in forums?

What sort of images did you want to post ?
It's a bummer that the Trainz forums are a bit behind the times. I use other, newer forums and they allow direct image hosting (the new trains.com forums for example).

Post from YouTube by pasting the link with the icon that looks like film (3rd from right). Post images by pasting the link with the icon that looks like a picture (5th from right). Trainz Gallery works just fine if you want to upload your image there, and it doesn't expire or suffer long load times (beyond taking up to 10 minutes to show up in the Gallery so you can copy the link).
The Trainz forum software has the technology, it's just turned off because it costs N3V more money to host images. Cheaper to have you host your images elsewhere (remember n3v is a business, their purpose is to make money).
I want to post an issue in my Trainz game, as well as blurry textures that I am still trying to figure out how to fix.

Your original post says that you want to post images from " YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram" If you are only wanting to post images from within Trainz.....such as from your Surveyor or Driver mode, you can upload a screenshot to the Trainz Gallery. That option is on the upper right of your screen.
