TC3 screenshotz.....

Bit more on Mac TC3. It seems the figure at the top of the window is some sort of frame rate. By switching to Direct X and changing vertical sync to full rate I have upped the frame rate to usable. I've run through Morning Commuter and Anhydite for Marchon and the only crashes have been from the trains not the program.

Thanks Mike, sorry, yes I forgot that David had left

Don't write me off quite yet. :p I doubt I'll do any more solo releases, since I was never all that with the scripting and everything and I don't want to reinvent the wheel. But I still have a lot of unfinished work that I'd like to see running one day, and hopefully - with the help of the UKTrainz team - will. :)

I've run consists consisting of stock made just by you-one 8F, about 30 to 50 MCOs (30-40 when full, 50-60 when empty) and a brakevan. Excellent value for the game, well done. The 8F is sublime.

Nice shots ex-railwayman but I think the P-Way Department need to do a bit of jacking and packing in the first one.I have been working my way up and down the line filling in these gaps, all 176 miles of them. Its hard work but I can soon remove the "C" and "T" boards...:p

Yes, you may be right about the packing Lewisner, any chance of me using your track-gang this Sunday please, usual rates apply......:hehe:

Not sure what happened the the screenies. I host them on a 'private' server (part of the VicTrainz site). It may have gone down for a little while (it does that every so often) :)

Well that's good news anyway Zac, and they have returned once again to our screens, so hope to see a few more in the future....:p

I installed another gig of RAM onto my PC this morning, so having 3 gig now at my disposal, I went onto the Carlisle-Skipton BIG route for some experimenting. It still took ages to load, but when it opened it was fairly good, got between 5-10 fps in Carlisle City Centre and anything up to 25 fps in the open countryside. I put it onto DirectX which offers better running than OpenGL, which was quite poor in comparison, only about 2 fps in Carlisle and about 14-18 fps out of town. Will now get Trainz Tuner installed and see how much of the countryside it will show without detracting from the fps.....Stay tuned.

Whilst I'm here I'll pop a few screenies up, those damn pesky telegraph wires do get in the way an awful lot though.......:hehe: :p

Ex-railwayman, my team have been hard at work replacing the telegraph poles with the 24 wire version from the DLS between Carlisle and Settle where the LMS pattern double pole variety take over.It doesn't seem to have much impact on FPS but they are easier on the eye....:o ...Now they need to do the fences!

Got a kuid number at all please Squire, might as well get ready for some spline replacement, and do you know of any low-poly stone walls, fences, cameras, etc.......:hehe:

Thankz. Ex.

Hi ex-r its Telegraph 24 Wire by Eurostar kuid:42884:37006 and the fence is Fence 3 Bar but I cannot find the KUID - its like the fence 3 bar by Tafweb but dark brown and it turns up in Flora..:(

Got it young man thank you, it's the one by Railcentre.....Got the telegraph wire as well ta very much, will have a look at the 16 wire poles as well that Eurostar uploaded, it's going to be a busy rest of the week......:hehe:

Some more from me...

Been doing some work on the T class diesel lately. So I decided to take them for a run on an auto train. Sorry, too tired to write descriptions for the screens...
