T:ANE purchased DLC won't download.

Hi

I received a Deluxe edition code with my boxed copy from EB games.

I have redeemed the code in My Trianz and has all Deluxe DLC listed as Purchased under the purchased content list.

I have gone into content manager and went File/Download/Purchased Items. A window shows saying "Trainz will force a download request next time you launch the game".

I launched the game and nothing happens.

You need to restart the game completely for that to take effect.

Restarted computer.
Trainz is still not auto downloading my DLC

I have looked at the status of the DLC under the Purchase list and says;

Name: Trainz Route: Warwick to Wallangarra
Status: $trianzcontent_status_purchasing_rti

Name: Trainz Route: Milwaukee Road - Avery Drexel
Status: $trianzcontent_status_purchasing_rti

Name: Trainz Route: Season Town
Status: $trianzcontent_status_purchasing_rti

Name: Trainz Route: Bidye Traction Railroad
Status: $trianzcontent_status_purchasing_rti

All route names are green in the list and only Warwick to Wallangarra shows in game but says to purchase but when clicking on it dose nothing.

All DLC listed in Purchase list has Purchase box gray.

I would make send a ticket in to the helpdesk about this.
