Just a quick screenshot using the new Hot Fix 2 update. I also recently upgraded my graphics card to a Nvidia GTX 960, so I can run this test route with full max settings as it is a small loop layout. Enjoy this screenshot with another of the new "artistic" Chilean freight locomotive.

Cool close-up on the IntenCity railyard. This was captured in T:ANE, but IntenCity TS12 Session 1 was imported, successfully as can be seen!

They are taken on Georges route, Picatinny and Mt. Hope on USLW. At least it looks like it. Check it out either way it is a great layout. Very well done.

Cheers heaps, I'm guessing that link is the answer to my question. Unfortunately it says the page cannot be displayed, either its blocked, off line, or there is a DNS issue or something, I'll keep trying it, it will be worth persevering if its a nice route which it sounds like it is. Thanks again CCRR.

Edit: Got it, thanks, changed DNS servers to google and had no issues getting there. Thanks again.

Edit2. Ok, the screenys shown is about all that's in it. I still gained a few assets I can use elsewhere and it gave me some more ideas, so not wasted. CHeers.

I'd get a kick out of it if some T:ANE users took some screenshots of my TRS2006 route, imported into TS12, then imported into T:ANE

I really want to see how MP Track Wood v2 by Philskene shows up in 12, T:ANE

42 unknown assets in TANE: Just downloading the rest of them.

Oh wow, first off, I love the moon and background frames.

I had to reset the environment settings to default as it all looked blue initially.

Track looks good. We have no ground textures, quite a few assets are there, but Im guessing there are many that aren't. One roundhouse & turntable don't appear to be. Lets not discuss the entertainment going on in the out-houses lol. Love the skeletons :) .

The track work of the layout is nothing short of amazing and would give an old switcher multiple orgasim. I would love to see it all sorted out in TNE one day.

Love it !!

Is there any plans to address the odd distance shadows in TANE?

Both these pictures were taken a the same time with a single press of the "Print Screen" button.

This picture was created by pasting into gimp, exporting it as a jpg, and uploading to Host then Post. It is exactly what I see in TANE

This picture is what TANE uploaded to the Portal Gallery.

I am not sure why they are different.

(pics removed)
I am not sure why they are different.

I believe this has something to do with the skydome casting a shadow (or receiving a shadow?). I seem to remember reading something about it from early on in TANE's release.

I can only assume that they have some code which suppresses it when a screenshot is taken & processed using their system. That is a total shot in the dark, however.

MSP
