The second one below your text. Its sharper, but not over sharp.

Nice shots though, I like all the trees and also the golf course on the point, I bet there is a ton of balls in the water haha.

I'm on an iPad and I'd like to know how to post a YouTube link? I was able to do this on my Dad's android tablet, but I can't figure out how to do it on an iPad. Whenever I put in the YouTube website address, it immediately takes me to the YouTube app on this iPad. Can someone help me out?

@iannz Correct answer, the 2nd one is more sharp but the background was set less sharp.
Thanks all for your thoughts and post.
I will make one more sharp the background....

@Joosten, it will take a few more lifes before i understand how i can make such gorgeous routes as you made, (not even gonna try ;) ) my compliments, are they available in the future for Tane?

@reymerink thank you for the nice post and compliments and it depends if you are like a cat and have 7 lifes or more no problem. lol
Well not to long down the road all my routes will be running with the quality posted on T:ANE unsurpassed as some people said on any Train simulator (makes me proud to be part of).

Yes The CPR Mountain SUB as i show pictures on my thread and others are T:ANE quality based with vista's you start mopping the floor so to speak is almost ready for release, few more tweaks and tuning things......in dutch they say "bijna klaar".

OK, bijna klaar wil zeggen dat ik hem tegen die tijd aan kan schaffen via een website of zo? "almost ready, when its ready i can purchase it trough a website or something? I am afraid i don't have 7 lifes, so i will never get the quality you make, I am 61 and a rookie in trainz. I only build some private routes in TS 12. I am sure i love your work! Are you dutch? je naam zegt van wel ;)

Shadows like on "target trainz graphycs"

Sorry to repeat an image, but that's a great shot TRam__.

You have to look really hard to realise that it's not a real image. Using shadows as part of a visual composition is an old trick which, until now, has been impossible to achieve in Trainz. The use and placement of those assets to emphasise the shadow capability is masterful.

Impressive stuff!

TRam should've designed the session layers for the built-in rotes and promo. Outsiders think default post-proccessing effects are the best the game can run. That's why it's being called "TS2004 with fog".

Hello,

I have read quite often during the last days that people wrote playing with the "post-processing-values" would pretty much improve in this simulator. So please forgive me if I am not familiar with but where do I change this "post-processing-values".
Is it the menu where I change the draw distance, the texture detail level, the speed tree detail level and so on? If yes, than I know :-)
Otherwise where can I find these settings?
Thanks a lot.

@ TRam:
Yes, a very superb screenshot indeed!

TUME,

Under your T:ANE main dialog window, select Developer in the Menu bar. Then select "Show Post-Processing Settings." In this dialog, select "Manual" Mode. You will then be able to select various options. I generally select Sun shafts, Bloom, HDR Tonemapping, SSAO, and Depth of Field. Have fun!

For those not familiar with the area this shot was taken is Revelstoke city in the back, yes the entire city and mountains visible with all details attached and shadows at ultra.... ouch.

Tram_ does a wonderful job and contributes greatly to the progress of those interested in making things look better with what T:ANE has to offer already.

@mezzo as much as I love his shots and yours (and not to mean to do you guys any shortcomings) from the "stone age TRS2004" when trainz was not bad at all, I am not looking for the perfect still picture but the average best of all ingedients to make a real 3 dimensional simulator, no tricks no hold back WYSIWYG.

I worked this way already in 2004 and now after so many years my concept shows the real capabilities of what T:ANE has to offer. My routes come all the way back from 2004-2005 and made it all the way into T:ANE that by itself is an achievement for Trainz compatibility.
No 2D background and full speedtree v6 compliant trees that are as good as it gets for a first release.

Do not forget this is a trainz simulator for driving in a 3 dimensional environment.

Yes a nice shot here and there is great but the ultimate reward is driving and flying over, looking from a mountain top down or far distant that is what I call trainz simming.

For a reason i show most of the time shots birds eyeto catch the neighborhood and furtheron.

OK back to the golf course hit the ball and drag Charlie.
