V499 steams away through the fog with an early morning goods.

Thanks guys!

I'm absolutely loving the lighting setup on this route, massive kudos to Scratchy and JR! :)

D1 504 steams under the bridge into Parker with the morning coal train, with goods attached.

After a little shunting, the Q flats for the logging branch have been dropped off.

Having pulled forward to the end of the yard, D1 508 waits as N453 thunders past with another goods.

Back at the other end of Parker, N453 steams through the fog with it's goods.

A short time later and D1 508 steams away with it's goods.

After pushing up the branchline to Gilberts Tipple to load the coal wagons, and then returning to the main, D1 508 powers along toward Peabody.

After joining the train at the Gilberts Tipple junction, a D4 banks the heavily loaded train over the steep grades.

Now almost at it's destination of Richmond, D1 508 powers along with it's train.

And definitely agree Trainman7616. I didn't spot it until I'd set the shot up, and was about to take the screenshot. There's just so many little details on this route!

Well! I wasn't going to buy this route because most of my experiences with JR routes have not been positive but you have me reconsidering that. Nice shots and story Zec.

Wow, the texturing of that cliff face is awesome! This is one of the things that seems to either be overlooked far too much, or must be very difficult to achieve (the other things being transitions between road surfaces and intersections, and riverbanks). It is spot on here!

Zec convinced me, and so...

I wasn't able to capture Zec's atmosphere but I had an enjoyable session right after installing the route.

Nice shots Norm! The shots I've shown are generally around 7-7:30 am from memory, with the weather set to 'cloudy' to get the fog :)

Ah, same time but no clouds. I also used Scratchy's built in cameras rather than looking for really good camera angles so your first shot and my first shot are in almost the same location but you chose a much better angle. (But I did get the barrel too.:))

I have to say I really like a couple of the cars that came with the route.

The transfer caboose reminds me of the old way cars of the 1800's.

jango, that is probably one of the best creek scene I've ever seen. I'd love to know how it was done. Making realistic small waterways has always been a challenge in Trainz.
