I think that's the Coal Country route from JointedRail. It does look pretty good though.

It's been awhile since I posted in here, so here some more of my Chilean train shots.
First one, some of my vintage Chilean trains.

Third is a local AEL EMU. Note that this is an old MSTS model given new textures and pantograph meshes.
