Sydney To Gosford Pictures

My apologies to you, steve. It appears that you do have a little bit of work done. A couple of questions for you now.

1- What version is this being built in?

2- How much of the route have you currently constructed?

And 1 suggestion, if i may- hit the DLS and download Natvanders NSW ML track. It'll make that little bit more realistic.

Otherwise, it looks pretty good. I for one would DL this route, if and when, it becomes available.

Matt.

PS, you may want to post a few pics in the Aussie screenies thread, to get a bit more localised feedback.

Damn, of all the versions you could have made it in... Any chance you could backdate for '06? Otherwise i may have to find a way to get 2010.

Edit: Steve, a couple more questions occurred to me. Is the terrain hand-crafted, or DEM based? And how far along the various lines (private goods lines, city circle, Lidcombe, etc) branching off this route do you plan to model, if any? Don't wish to pressure you or anything, just interested in what you may have done.

Matt... the 5m boards in TS2010 don't seem to allow "back-versioning" to work. I tried to do this with Axe's Georgetown to Tarin Rocks route... and it just simply won't have a bar of it.

Anyway, if you try to back-version it, chances are you'll be missing content native to TS2010 anyway... again as what happend with Axe's route.

I use google earth to get things i dont remember ,i dont transfer maps just free hand, i find the hardest part is placing buildings ,the route will not be spot on already i have made a few mistakes, someone asked if terrain was hand-crafted yes it is,but the way Auran has everything set up it is easy as ,one thing you must all ways do is save your route all the time ,nothing worse than working for hours and something goes wrong and you loose every bit of work you have done .Here is a few more pictures

Damn, i thought someone would say that. Ah well, i'll start saving, shall i?

Steve, I made a model of central station, based on NSWGR drawings(excluding the city circle platforms) it's either under my user name or victrainz. It is on the DLS if not email me and I will send it to you
