Sorry Joe, but not missing the point at all. It would be more sensable to reach out to someone who has already made one that works in TS2010, and see if it can be updated (if it even needs to be, I have not tried it in TS12, because TS12 is just so over-all disappointing)...rather than ask the Jointed Rail team to start from scratch ...just my thinking, but why reinvent the wheel when all it needs is a little grease and balancing.

Absolutely agree. May I suggest some cars lettered for the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum? Their passenger cars paint scheme is similar to Norfolk and Western's cars, but say "TENNESSEE VALEY" at the top instead.
