stubborn portals

I have two portals set up in my layout but I now wish to move them to a different location. However they will not respond to any command to move, delete or anything, they are just frozen. Is there something I can do to overcome this?

Check that you are in the correct layer (same as the one the portals are in). To see/change what layer they are in hit the (?) button and click on them.

Also make sure that any track connected to the portal is in the same layer.

Allthough one could think a portal would be handled on the track flyout tab they're in fact found on the scenery one. In fact they're a kind of industry. Obviously you also need to be on the correct layer as others stated if you have more then one for the route ones.
