Spline Circles All The Time?

In TS12 SP1, I noticed that the spline circles are visible at all times, not just when adding or editing splines in the toolbox. Is there any way to shut them off when not working with them? I see where you can stop their rotation, but not to hide them completely.

I'd rather not see them if I'm painting terrain or placing static scenery objects.

Cheers!

Main Menu > Surveyor Settings > Spline Editing Detail, move slider to the centre position which is Track only, only appear then when in spline mode thats both actual Track and fences etc.

Thanks for the replies. I think Alt-O is what I wanted. I hopped through a couple routes and the setting stays that way now. It may not have been a symptom of TS12 SP1, but the fact that I re-installed from the ground up. Format C: and I went from there! I'm totally Windows 8 now and TS12 SP1 with HF2. I spent most of today fixing 3rd party assets. I couldn't have done it without the knowledge I gained from you experts over the past year. :)

Thanks again.

Alt-O will toggle the splines circles on/off when you are in any Surveyor flyout. When it is set to "off", you should only see the circles when you have a track or object spline button selected.

I'm glad it worked!

Cheers

In the options also there is a check box called Show contextual infomation or something similiar. That stops spline points showing unless you are on a setting that is using them.. :)
