Speed Problem

Tested my new layout all ok.....First runs on the driver schedules the BR-HST's ran at 135mph along with all other HST's......Second schedule runs on all HST's they will only reach 65mph...speed limit on all main lines is 140 mph......can't fathom this out.....any ideas.

If AI trainz run at half the posted speed limits they are facing yellow signals...
