every time i try to start the game it will not start. clicking the "start Trainz" switch, i get this message " My Trainz logon failed. Please check You My trainz account details,(previously Planet Auran) in launcher<settings> internet

I have paid and downloaded this game. i am wondering if i have downloaded and tried to install the wrong file which isTRS19-SP2-Online-Installer. maybe i need the original install pack, which would be the original game first and not theSP2 installer the build i am trying to install is " Buld 110491

I hope someone can help me please

Go to "Trainz Settings" on the opening panel, then "Internet" tab - Enter your Username and Password... hit TAB key and see if it returns "Login succeeded"

Hi abclass - before hitting the Start Trainz button, visit the Trainz Settings command button below that in the Launcher. Go to the Internet tab and enter your abclass UID in the first text box and then your password (as registered with N3V and which should be the same as your login here) in the Password field. Before you click Enter, I'd suggest you visit all the other tabs in the Trainz Settings dialog to set your preferences and performance requirements there. Suggest set backups to a maximum of 2.
Once you are happy with the settings, save by simply exiting the Settings dialog. If your password UID combo is correct, you will be authenticated by the servers and ready for some serious Trainz action.
