Someone asking for payware content

Just wanted to create this because I was approached by a user asking for payware content. When I asked him about it, he wanted to get a Jointed Rail engine that was not freeware. He said his parents forbade him from doing so. I asked him if he wanted me to buy it and give it to him and he said yes. I only did that to confirm my suspicions. If you get a pm from this user, well just say no I guess. I wasn't sure what to do, so I made this as a notice.
