I have been trying on and off for two weeks now to get downloads and it constantly tells me to come back later because the server is full. In veiw of the fact I have tried at so many different times I am finding this hard to belive, I can get into the DLS but cannot download at all, I have a valid first class ticket so could somebody tell me what is going on. I tried the help desk and was informed that it was no longer monitored.

There are many things to do before helpdesk, have you tried any? Really, I can't help you other than refer you to the above post, as I don't even know what version you are having trouble with. Best of Luck to you!

I'm running 2006, it is running fine. I just cant download from the DLS.
everything comes up roses as far a reaching the website and if I pick somthing to download it shows up ready to go. However as soon as I hit start it tells me the server is full and to try again later. But this is the third week of trying and I am getting a tad disillusioned with the put off.

Did you try any of the fixes for the server full error message? Most notably, did you attempt to reset the password in both your usercp above and in the 2006 options? This is usually the method to try.
Let us know what you have tried and we can try to go from there but search for Server full first as this has been covered quite thoroughly.
