You're not the only one, the JR forums have been down as well. It could have something to do with website license and/or the new year. Either way I'd give them some time as its early in their neck of the woods.
They did have one as I found the address whilst compiling the list. For some reason it appears that the domain on it has lapsed within the last day so it's not currently available so it looks like it's currently just this section.
