A CSX autorack and UP oil cans arrive at the fictional city of Shelton.
Amtrak idles in the station while the two freights pass.
UP passes CSX at the crossing after the station.
Later, Amtrak departs from the station in the opposite direction.
The last coach blocks the view of a fatal car accident (which is why the emergency crews are parked next to the crossing).

I can't help you with the high speed rail part (as I like to drive my trains slow, at 10mph to 20mph).
