Not bad Sean, but I'd recommend fixing the whole discoloration thing going on there, just saying, not bad otherwise! :)
Another one of my track skins.

any ideas what I could do to improve it?

Like I said guys, I'll try to get permission from whom I need to in order to get it released. Just makin a few tweaks to it here and there.

Some new PRL GP38-2s, these were purchased and rebuilt from FEC in 1976 post BKRY buy over and were then bought by the Central Vermont and leased to the PRL until 1989. They have a few bugs so far which I can easily fix, but I think they look OK so far. I will try to ask for permission to release these since they were done from a freeware model.

any opinions on how they look and what else I could do to improve them?

They look fantastic!:D The only thing I would change is the Cab ARN number color to match that of your weathered road name.

I hope u can get them released. I would think jrs would consider them to be high enough quality. It would nice to since uve been wrking hard on the route for this line.

I reall like that paint scheme! Only thing I could suggest (though it's mostly personal preference) is some mud splattering along the cab side/frame. Looks great either way though!

Made some different scheme'd bethgon cars-

Still learning some techniques with weathering... Open to any suggestions. And I will definitely be thickening the outlines on the ARN.
